Reserve a Study Room
Protect the Pride
All study rooms are locked by default. Upon arriving for your reservation, check in at the main circulation desk to check out a cleaning kit and have someone unlock the study room for you.
You will clean the room at the end of their reservation. This includes wiping down tables, chairs and computers. You can return your cleaning kit to the main circulation desk.
For groups of 3 or more people: Due to social distancing, study rooms can only have up to 2 people in the room. We cannot accommodate larger groups in the group study room. There are other spaces in the Library for groups of 3 or more.
Facial coverings are required to be worn the entire time you are in the study room.
Making a Reservation
You must make your own reservations and you cannot reserve rooms under the name of a different individual. Back-to-back and/or multiple reservations by a group are discouraged and may be canceled by library staff if rooms are in high demand.
Reservations are limited to 3 hours per day with a total 9 hours per week per user. Reservations can be made same day or reserved 7 days ahead of time.
Note: Your reservation will be cancelled if you are more than 30 minutes late for your reservation.
