**CANCELLED** Share Your Research: Avoid Predatory Publishing In-Person

**THIS WORKSHOP HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO THE CORONAVIRUS OUTBREAK.** If you have questions or would like an overview of the workshop content, please contact Jennifer at jeltring@uccs.edu

Are you interested in publishing your research in an academic journal but you're not sure how to start the process? The Kraemer Family Library is offering a workshop series for new faculty and graduate students who are interested in understanding the entire publishing process. Our four-part workshop series will address the life-cycle of scholarly publishing and open access, navigating the editorial and submission process, understanding copyright, and how to track your impact after you have published.

Avoid Predatory Publishing will include information on evaluating and spotting predatory journals, identifying red flags in academic publishing, and tips on how to decide whether or not to publish in specific journals.
